Bespoke Fold Formed Copper Earrings

Annealing .3mm copper strips with a Butane Torch 
Folding the thin strips over a nylon block 
Hammering the strips close before using a cross pein hammer for Fold Forming 
Hammered and shaped ready to open 
Wait! Before we can open we have to anneal again! 
Now we are ready to unfold 
A small rounded hammering block to gently prise the folded strips open 
Looking good. Ready to twist & curl 
Twisted around a thin mandrel, bits of wire added and ready to attach ear-wires (I make those too) 
Ready to post
